Usage terms:

Sigma is a comprehensive medical services platform that allows booking appointments in clinics, dispensaries, radiology and beauty centers, and dealing with pharmacies and analysis laboratories.

Sigma registration:

Registration in Sigma is free, not restricted, and is done by entering user name, e-mail and mobile number. This account won't be activated until the user completes the rest of the registration information such as date of birth and blood type.

The basic registration information are used to identify your personal account in Sigma, in addition to the possibility of communicating with you via your mobile phone number and e-mail by the administration or medical staff registered with Sigma.

Whereas in the second stage, information, such as date of birth and blood type, is used only for initial diagnosis by the medical parties who's the user requests their services through Sigma.

The user is not allowed to create more than one account or enter fake information in the main account, in that case the user is exposed to suspension his account and the loss of his medical data.

Using Sigma services:

All users can book appointments with doctors, radiology, and beauty centers in Sigma, and whoever wishes to book an appointment with a doctor or medical services center must choose the appropriate day starting from the day following the day he wishes to book the appointment and choose the appropriate time for the appointment from a list of specific times found on the reservation page of the doctor or the center, in addition to answering the questions asked by the doctor or the medical center before booking the appointment.

In the doctor's case, the patient may have the option to book the appointment in the clinic or through video call, which is chosen when the doctor allows this option.

In the case of the medical center, the patient must upload a copy of the medical referral letter when he makes an appointment and determines the services that the patient wants to benefit from at the center, based on the chosen Service, the potential cost is shown to the patient before booking the appointment.

After booking the appointment, the user must wait for approval from the doctor or medical center.

A patient cannot book more than an appointment for the same medical specialty or service in Sigma before the appointment period expires or is canceled.

Not following and comply with the appointment booking instructions may expose the user data and account to closure and loss of this information.

Pharmacy and bakery services: All users can see the opened nearest Pharmacy to their location or the location of their choice, also they can receive and see the value of their lab tests as Pdf file, which will be send by the lab, that the patient booked 

For the labor user, they can see the patient who booked by them and can send the results of the lab to the patient also
